Tsutomu Ando

Tsutomu Ando is a games designer. Ando has been working with Ltd., Arc System Works Co., Technōs Japan and Technos Japan. Ando's first game was U.S. Championship V'Ball published by Nintendo for NES in 1989. After that, Tsutomu Ando took part as the designer of Double Dragon III: The Sacred Stones (1991).
