Tsutomu Ogura is a games composer. Ogura has been working with Konami Digital Entertainment. Ogura's first published game was The Adventures of Bayou Billy released in 1988. Then, Tsutomu Ogura went on to work on Snake's Revenge as the composer. Most lately, Tsutomu Ogura worked on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time.
