Comparable to the ETS 2, except for the Fact that it plays in America and not in Europe.
Graphics is quite good for a Simulator and what you should say is that the Control is much easier than with other Simulators. Especially for simulator hunchasers, this is the right Place to start.

The Game is old, physics, or rather its absence, will not give to enjoy the game. Even in Truckers 2 (2001), physics is more convenient and thoughtful. Less comfortable control can be obtained only by connecting the steering wheel with pedals. On the keyboard the process of driving mildly speaking ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ O. I Do not recommend to take those who are accustomed to ETS 2, only if you have played this game before and you just have nostalgia.

A "TRUCK Driver Simulator" in the Vicinity of the USA. You can navigate the whole USA in Sunshine, Rain and Snow. By Day and Night, asleep and overtired, but at your own Risk!
You take Orders, then you have to go from A to B, you have to abide By traffic rules, is checked by the Police, have to pay fines, you have to keep to the Times of journeys that you are allowed to drive at the Part without Sleep, you have to refuel, to house lights of the Vehicle, so Everything a TRUCK Driver needs to be aware of.
But it's incredibly annoying to have to sleep constantly, constantly drive along a long Highway and just cucumber from A to B without really noticing a Change.
Only for absolute Fans.

I recently played 18 Wheels of Steel: Extreme Truckers and I really liked that I got 18 Wheels of Steel: American Long Haul. However, this Game has clear Weaknesses.
Actually, it's unfair to rate 18 Wheels of Steel: American Long Haul, it's already old, but I want to say something about today's Playability. There's a lot else you know about the Series or the Developer here. ALs Example: A Sat nav, it is not even so easy to find its Destination without a Navi, which is hard to keep an Eye on the Map all The time. Plus, there are virtually no Settings, so you can't see or even change the Keyboard Assignment. The Mouse is very sensitive, you have to move it extremely carefully when you sit in the Driver's Cab and eg. Want to look to the Sites. Controller support does not exist either and my Steering Wheel has not been detected either.
From today's Point of view, the Game is not good And I didn't enjoy it at all. The Successor part is much better, play the one if you are looking for a Trucksim, but you can confidently ignore that Part.
But There are also Games that I like [mediennerd.de]
