What is more stylish than an apartment block ? A car park ! As the new mayor, you are looking for the most beautiful city to control.

You should maybe “convince” the occupants before destroying the building.

They can be very noisy and even if their own noise doesn’t bother them, they don’t mind pissing off their neighbors. You have to move the apartments and create conflict in the building. 

Once everybody is annoyed, they will leave and you can destroy the block ! Enjoy your new private car park.
