2D Shooter (OutstandingBoi)

This is my 2D Shooter project.  Added all the necessary elements and other changes:

1. Added level 4;
2. Adjusted menu;
3. Enemies counter;
4. New type of enemy - chasing double shooter;
5. Added Boss with 200 HP and 3  guns.
