About
2D space-themed platformer
proposed modifications:
- Bloons tower defense theme
- player as monkey
- enemies as balloons
- wave survival for keys
- use spawners to spawn waves, sync key spawning with wave completion, allow progression throughout the level to deal with multiple waves in different level areas before reaching the goal
- new menu UI
- new mechanic: wall jump
- allow sticking to walls
- refresh jump when stuck to a wall
- new powerup: impulse grenade
- equip a throwable grenade (down to drop at your feet, up to throw forward)
- grenade adds force to all entities to push them away from the origin of the explosion
- can be used to move the player, enemies, pickups
- may not move doors, the goal, environment pieces (platforms, acid, details)
