An Infinite Runner made in about 2.6kb of source code for the 1-2-3kb game jam.

Dont get <3000 points to beat the game!

Works on Mobile! use any key on keyboard for PC

Tap to jump (Hold longer for higher)

Tap in the air to fall to the ground, and hold to crouch

There are 2 extra unlockable characters at 500 and 1000.

You can swap characters by waiting before starting the game while you are floating in the air.

You get 5 points for every jump you do, so you can learn to spam more jumps in on longer platforms for more points.

You get 30 points for every <3 you collect, and the more you collect the higher the probability that there will be more in the future.

Trying to code golf this was extremely fun I was surprised by how densely I was able to pack all of this code.

It looks like the font doesn't work properly  on Itch and I wasnt able to catch this before the deadline, the exact same source code can be played with the correct characters on my github at https://bmarcelus.github.io/3kRunner/ or by downloading the source below and running it.
