A collaboration for the 2013 "Dark Side of the Jam," a NASA-themed game jam.
Objective- Deal with the challenges of driving a Mars rover over 100 million kilometers away, from lack of situational awareness to signal delay
- Click buttons to queue commands (one command every 2 seconds)
- Wait for the signal to return to see the results of your commands
- Use your drill and spectral analyzer to gather data from the Martian surface
- Arrows move rover forward/backward or turn left/right
- Camera exposes more of the rover's surroundings to aid navigation
- Drill attempts to secure a sample (if successful, the spectra analysis will appear)
- You can continue to queue commands while you wait to see the results of your actions, but keep in mind that running into an unforeseen obstacle could ruin your plans!
