A Dance of Fire and Ice
About
A Dance of Fire and Ice is a simple one-button rhythm game.
Press on every beat of the music to move in a line.
Every pattern has its own rhythm to it. It can get difficult. This game is purely based on rhythm, so use your ears more than your sight.
Note that it is quite strict and unforgiving, so please play the online version here if you're not sure if this is for you! If you've played the Rhythm Heaven series - this is about as strict as that.

- Explore the cosmos: Soar through each genre of music in a variety of colorful fantasy landscapes.
- Predict every moment: With a track that shows you every rhythm ahead of time, you’ll learn to sight-read levels as they come. No tricks, and nothing is reaction-based.
- Play new levels for free: Tackle new songs and new rhythms as we expand the game with free level patches over the coming months.
- Calibrate your experience: Manually adjust your calibration on-the-fly, or use our auto-calibration method. The game is precisely timed, and you won’t experience any slow desync over time like you might with other music-based twitch games. (We’re musicians and off-sync games hurt us.)

Great game. The mechanics are very simple which is a great thing in rhythm games. You instantly know what you have to do, the gameplay focuses on rhythm and precision, and the ability to read the """score""".
The devs say they'll add content each month, which is super exciting.
For 3 bucks, I'd say it's a must-buy for every rhythm game lover.

Very good rhythm game that was (and is still) available in demo version (link in the description of the game) that I had discovered in 2014. The game is simple to learn but difficult to master, there is only one key to use. Simply press any key by following the rhythm (and the "path"). The music is nice, several genres are proposed and new levels will be added every month if I'm not mistaken.

Gameplay: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1657983756 If you like to play games where you have to press a bit in Rhythm, you're just right picked up in this Game.
The Music is, of course, a Matter of Taste, but appeals to me.
The Rounds pass quickly and you absolutely have to play another Round to finally finish the Level. It already has a small Addiction factor. I hope my Buttons and Buttons don't wear out too quickly.
For the Money, you definitely get a Lot of Fun offered.

Boy Boy. I really have a Penchant for such Games and I have to say it's really fun! It's short and crisp, really demanding in between and you don't even manage to play so overtired in the Evening ... Wacher Head, nimble Fingers and a good Rhythm Feel as well as the Ability to interpret an optical "Map" into matching Rhythms help. It's neatly Programmed, the Music is Fun and I can issue an unrestricted buy recommendation for all Beatsaber-Rythmusklopf game enthusiasts. You don't do anything wrong for the Price. It would only be Interesting if the Programmers can release the Game for the Modding Scene and thus create new Levels. That would be absolutely fantastic!

Nice Game. The Idea is unique and the Implementation with the Backgrounds looks very pretty.
The Game is (currently) very short with 6 Tutorial Songs and a quasi Final Boss. It says that new Worlds are added, but I can't reviewer them. A Level Editor would be nice to create your own Songs. Personally, I played through the game in under 90 minutes. (I've been playing other Rhythm Games actively for several Years) For me, the rule "< €1n per Hour = worth it" has not been fulfilled for me.
Despite This, I would recommend the Game to others. Especially for rhythm game newcomers, this is certainly an interesting Challenge. But once you have "learned" the Game, there is not enough Content to really use it. It's worth much more, for example, osu! Because that's where the Community can create Songs themselves and thus create a steady Influx of new Content.
