A Time Traveller's Guide To Past Delicacies

Food has always been deeply enmeshed with the abuses of colonialism.  

In "A Time Traveller's Guide To Past Delicacies"  I try to examine the exploitation of historic food cultures through the perspective of a fictional time traveler, raiding the past to steal recipes.

In many respects, the creation of this game was a way for me to explore the crimes of my ancestors. Behind its rather silly appearance, it is also my attempt to listen more closely to the wails of those unnamed ghosts that haunt our plates.
