An RPG framework developed in GMS 2.3 over the course of ten weeks as part of a class in uni.

The gameplay is heavily based upon Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger's battle system which uses a real-time metric to determine when characters can attack, rather than a pure turn-based system (a very old game by Banov, as well as some time on Pokemon Masters, was what had inspired me to create something like this).

At this state, there is not much in terms of my own innovation. I had to cut several proposed features from the rough draft since they turned out to be out of scope for what I had in mind (notably, the incorporation of a grid system a la Mystery Dungeon).

Feel free to play about it for a while; I will be expanding upon this in the future.
