In a world of peril, the Adepts are the only force strong enough to protect the innocent from criminals and creatures from beyond.

Alix like many others was born with the ability to draw power from a dimension known as Twisted Space to enact impossible feats. The law states when this power manifests that a person must take the Adepts' Trial in order to obtain their provisional Adept Licence. For those who succeed, a chance to learn and channel their powers. Those who fail are never heard from again.
