About

What is this? After Dreams is a story-rich exploration game based on real life experiences and events. The main focus of the story is to answer the basic human question that has pervaded our collective consciousness since sentience: What happens when we die? Experience death like never before. Why is it free? This project was something that was lost to the nether in due to a malicious Windows update. All of my files were gone, and I was stupid enough to not leave a backup. All I have left is this about 90% complete experience that was in my Dropbox. Instead of just letting this project die, however, I've decided to put it up on Steam as a work that I'm proud of. Expect bugs, and expect glitches, expect general weirdness. So it'll never be finished?Don't count on it. But never say never! I may someday come back and remake this game using techniques and skills I've acquired over the last few years.

After Dreams reviews and comments

What happens after Death ... A very controversial Issue. In the example of this Game especially ... Oppressive. One is helpless in a very gloomy Environment and has to listen even more helpless To how a gelibet person breaks down more and more to the Loss ... Nevertheless, it has to be said that it has been very successful. Very simplistic. It's all about the Experience, the Emotions. After Dreams is one of the Games where you get a bit of a mingle.

I can't speak So well English, but what I've understood is WOW. For People who like such small Mini-stories you want to experience in one Go readen/Hearing/, this Game is perfect. The quinty negative thing I have is that you find yourself that you find yourself easy to run as you can really climb over everything, but if you always pay close attention to it "where is the right normal way now" then you get to the Tapes you have to hear and hear the Story. Just great

The Game contains many Bugs, E.g. Reboot when I press pause (P) or Escape. The Inventory is not working. Clicking on the Credits will turn on (terribly buckled) song that doesn't break off when the Main Game is started. Since the Game is constantly rebooting, it would be nice to be able to skip the Cutscenes. On several Occasions I get out of the World or into Areas where I had to restart. It would be nice to be able to listen to the Cassettes in Running, so you don't have to stand around uselessly all The time.

Omg!! So first of all the something bad ... The People who stand on good good Graphics are quite wrong here ... But that's not the most important thing about this Game! You can take good care at the Beginning and not get upset about the Graphics ... Besides, the Settings don't go and when you press ESC it all starts all over again! So and now this Story is megaaaa nice! So whoever has treated himself to blame for the net ... Mega well thought out and it all has such a sad vibe that you can really put it over and over again:D! Thank you for this Gaming Experience! LG German ^^

I played This Game some Time ago and I just wanted to get rid of my Opinion on it. It's a short Gaming Experience and just the Thing to play something different in between. The Graphics used give the Game its Charm, because we walk around there in an between the World and relive our Past in modified form. We change from Scene to Scene. Each of these Places we visit reveals a Casette to us. The Casettes tell of us, of our Lives, Care and Reliability. The Locations are adapted to the Course of the Story and give an idea before Hearing the next Casette how it could go on. I can only say for me it was a nice Experience and it's just the right Game for anyone who wants to play through small, moving short Stories once. If you would like to get a small Overview, you can watch the "Let's play After Dreams" on my Channel. You can find me on Youtube under "NovissimaNox." I wish everyone a great Gaming Experience:)
