Akuatica reviews

So, what have we here? An indie game about the survival of a little fish in the seabed filled with wicked monsters? yes. But the game is also nasty. The difficulty is close to a dye ' n retry per moment, and each level requires a fingering, reflexes and absolute calm. In fact, in this game, unlike many others, the hero (which we will call Bubulle because that's it!) is here weaker than almost everything else, and for cause! The majority of enemies are actually bosses, or must be considered as such. The puzzles are sometimes just as twisted as the monsters, all you one-shot, each success takes place over the razor... Clearly not a game for amateur... But if we have a good level, the levels remain feasible with patience (emphasize three times "patience"). Moreover, everything in this game is genius thought, whether it be the monsters, the places where we wander or the puzzles. To conclude, Akuatica is a very good game, exciting by the moment, frustrating by others, who manages to tell the trip of Bubulle just by scenery and obstacles. To try!

Akuatica is a frustrating game that does not approve of Mario Bros first. I Have to say that the game has left me for 1.39 euros of offer, and still does not seem to me worthwhile. Deaths are very common, and respawn times are too long for this type of game. Deaths are usually unexpected, several times during the game when you start the puzzles you can die as it is not clear that it is harmful and not. On the other hand, the health bar is almost journalistically speaking anecdotal, because many times you die in a single touch and when you start to receive damage and you are lost. In Addition, the puzzles and especially the bosses usually force you to repeat many times the same steps several times, becoming boring and repetitive, as if they wanted to lengthen the title. In Mario Bros At least after hitting the boses their attack patterns changed. The puzzles are difficult because you can die easily, not to give the solution, which only frustrates even more, because you know you have to do to overcome it, but it feels that the game kills you for no reason. Not Everything is bad, you see it is a nice game, giving a focus on the light, colors and designs of the sea monsters, because otherwise... Or what they're trying to do with the plot by calling it in some way. Even so, if after reading this you are to buy the game do it under your responsibility, and you know that there is a demo of the game (which I have not played) for the more undecided. Esero have helped you:)
