Alchemist's Journey

A journey of a great wizard to save the love of his life. The Demon wanting a late night snack has taken the love to his lair! It is up to you to collect the items to brew the potions to destroy him and his minions and get your love back!

This is a colaboration between me and AvDisp86. It is our first game and my first experience in Contruct. We are making this game for the incremental game jam 2022 so please excuse any bugs or errors. We had two weeks to build this while also having full time jobs. Please let us know what you think!

Controls

Press enter to make a selection on the main menu and use W and S to move the selection up or down.

Once in the game use WASD to move around the character. Press E to interact. Press space to use the currently selected weapon or potion. Pres 1 2 or 3 to select the potion slot or press 4 to select the weapon. The I key will open your inventory and J will open the journal.

You can press E at a fireplace or campfire to brew potions. Select two or three ingredients (Enter to add them) and press e to brew!

8/6/2022 - Updated Zombies: They were not dropping the correct item
                   - Also fixed an audio spawn issue with zombies, ice sprites and bats
