Alien Name Generator

Hello! This is a little project I've been interested in doing for a long while, and now I finally had the desire to bring it to life with the occasion of Procjam, the procedural generation game jam.  I am not a math wizard and barely know anything about algorithms, but I'm excited about this topic and I like to see it as "conditioned randomness", which also transposes into how my project works.
