Yes... I can not recommend this game at the current price, even if I like small publishers and Anima.
It is the gates of memories less complete and recycled because the maps and musics are almost the same as the majority of the enemies.
"The nameless" our hero has a nice panoply of blow and the difficulty is present in normal part even if it is short (about ten hours more or less). To lengthen the lifespan you arrive in NEWgame + your personal can reach level 16, you will have the strongest item of the game. But unfortunately it will be extremely difficult to move on some half-bosses (like the grim reaper), it's pretty frustrating. Perso I can not pass the boss zero in NEWgame + his bar does not go down, it puts you a shot your down enormously... On an enemy with so many patterns and blows to put him you will necessarily "too" error and it will not pass. Do it in normal mode, it is doable (I had set it to 5% once).
Otherwise the lore is cool and the story nice even if it's very "classic". For the Anima fan, it will complement your knowledge of the messengers, assuming that you have made the "gate of memory".
Basically you are a fan of Anima but not very patient or gifted in video games, go your way. You are a fan of game style dark soul or darksider, go your way as it is a recycled game. You are a fan of Anima and demanding games, you will like it.

As the first, it's a great game.
It is well recognized the scenaristic paw of Anima the JDR, and the graphic paw of Wen-M. The soundtrack is always as nice (although I can not help but hear the one on the start ^ ^), and the dynamic and fluid game.
OK this is a Kickstarter so it does not have the graphics of a recent game, it remains no less ultra pleasant.
Simpler than a Nier automata but just as demanding in the gameplay, much more difficult but as fluid as a Darksiders, it is above all the script that I like personally. And with the universe of Anima, not hard to make a script that sends pâté ^ ^ as the game goes exactly during Anima: Gates of memories, I was very afraid that the 3/4 of the game are only recycled. It's not true. It is shorter than the first, but only 1 Dungeon has been fully resumed and again, with different puzzles. Another is similar, but does not take the nameless at all in the same place as ERGO and the carrier.
One also has the right to a vision of what immortality is seen by the universe of Anima, and to regain consciousness that light and darkness are far from the usual concept and have no connection with any notion of good and evil.
I was also afraid at some point that this version is simpler than the first. In fact no ^ ^ the standard mode is simpler (and again I think it is due to the fact that I knew the first and that I have torched it in all possible ways), on the other hand the NG + is worth its weight of peanuts.
Brief to do at least once, even if one is not familiar with the universe of Anima ^ ^
