Arcane Implement Generator for Blades in the Dark

There's a lot of strange mysticism floating around in Blades in the Dark, renowned tabletop RPG by John Harper - but what is an arcane implement? What other mystic items might exist? This generator is an attempt to answer that question by creating strange, haunting items that surely have magical properties, by what they can be used for.
