[ARCHIVE] Rokkochan

This is a archival of a 2011 Flash game called "Rokkochan", a rather decently made Megaman Fan-game for the early 2010's. This could've been in the Flash Preservation Project, but due to how the game was built, there had to be a .exe file for the game to run.
