The game was actually built for mobile devices but it works fine on windows too. that said controls are 

← : Left , ↑ : Jump , → : Right , ↓ : Down , Space bar : Jump .  Mouse double click : to activate special move.  You need to have minimum of 10 aliens / 10 charge to active special move

you can also use mouse movements while holding left button and moving it to left, right, up and down to control character.  

The game has 2 modes

Raider : raid Area 51 and try to reach as far as possible. The special abilities last for 5 seconds. 

Defend : in defend mode you have to prevent the raiders. The maximum raiders that can pass by you are 5 . The ability last 5 seconds too.
