About

Art Of Gravity is a voxel/physics based puzzle game, revolving around the theme of destroying abstract figures, which results in mesmerizing displays of dance of gravity.

My name is Michal, a puzzle game designer - and it's my new game, after very well received Zenge.

As a player - you will have to discover the rules of the game, as there are no tutorials or explanations, just you, the levels and puzzles. The game is packed with tons of different mechanics that will surprise you, give you a wonderful eye-catching physics experience, make you think, or just leave you in awe of oddly satisfying beauty of destruction.

The game consists of over an hour of gameplay, with all the levels designed to surprise, enchant, and give you a fantastic puzzle game experience.

Thanks for playing!

Art Of Gravity reviews and comments

Art of Gravity is a Voxel/Block puzzle game released on June 13, 2017 by Hamster On Coke Games (Publisher of Zenge and Scalak) and developed by Michal Pawlowski. The Game is a Voxel/Block puzzle game in which you have to destroy blocks with different Types of Balls. You can buy it on Steam for the Full Price of £0.99. Volume Art of Gravity includes 75 Levels, which become more difficult from Level to Level. Sometimes it can happen that a next Level is lighter than the Predecessor, which is due to the Arrival of new Blocks-the Function of the new Blocks becomes more understandable. I noticed, however, that the last 15 Levels were extremely difficult compared to the other 60 Levels and thus took most Of the time. If mentioned above, there are a Variety of Blocks (E.g. Cannon, bomb, white Block, red block) And Balls (E.g. white Ball, blue Ball) DIe balls have different Characteristics, but I will not explain them to you in any further detail. Personally, I still lack a level editor to share with the Community. The Game lasts only about 2 Hours and is therefore played fast. With a level editor and many levels created By the Community, I think the Duration of The game would increase a lot. Graphic The Graphic is in Voxel-style (= Block style) and the Menu is nicely adapted to the Atmosphere of the Game. I particularly like that it's not a "normal" Background, but a Ball (probably made of Metal). I think you could have made the Balls a bit nicer, though, but the Criticism is also a little dependent on my Colour Flavour. Fun The Game is not bored by the increasing Difficulty and the 75 Levels. From time to time you despair, but if you move only one Block, you have solved the Level, and in Hindsight you just think to yourself how you couldn't make more of it. What bothers me is that there are only fixed Points for the movable Camera. I would like to have a completely freely movable Camera to be able to look at the Puzzle from any Angle. Most beautiful, I find, when the Blocks collapse into their own Voxel Components and resulting in beautiful Images. By the way, I saved two of them on my Profile from Screenshot. Music The Music is a Loop that is very well adapted to the Atmosphere. But unfortunately it's just a Loop that can get on your Nerves quite nicely after quite a while. I therefore recommend that you choose an ambient playlist on Youtube and listen to it on The side. Sound To the Sound there is not much to say: It sounds good, has no "wrong" Sounds and there are Sounds for every Action. What I like most is the SFX when the Ball falls on the Metal Ball. I have to criticise, however, that there is no Volume Controller. You can only turn the Sound on or off. Luckily, there's the Windows volume mixer. Conclusion Anyone Who likes Puzzles and wants to be fascinated by The fall Physics (which is very good, by the way) should definitely buy the Game. Verdict CaptionScope: 8/10 Graphic: 8/10 Play fun: 7/10 Music: 6/10 Sound: 8/10 Price Performance: 9/10 Average (excluding price performance): 7.4 Note (excluding price performance): 3 Thanks for reading it!
