Not a Bad program to immerse yourself in and create an atmosphere of a set of different sounds and small machinations with them. Of the pluses would be noted: the simplicity and clarity of the interface (the same name); Ability to load their sounds. Unfortunately, there is and to what fault: The Record button is not worked; You have to download sounds manually through the Steam folder; Very few parameters for playing with sounds (volume, playback speed and speed of movement). 5 out of 10 is a Highly questionable usefulness of this program. Recommend take only on discounts, because the full price of this creation does not justify.

★ ★, Where it takes to go, the Feeling of the ASMR itself (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response-that is, Not this Software) describes a Feeling of Tingling, Goosebumps or a Shiver that goes through the Skin or through the Body ... Also gives Utensils for this, the head massager works best (is ne Kralle-I always call it the Head spider; looks almost like an open Whisk; which one puts on at the Top of The head and then gently presses on the head ... The Ends then glide over the entire Scalp-none of the one who did not yet have this ting-like feeling of Uncanniness) As far as The Initial situation. This Software offers different Soundloops to put yourself in such a Mood. That can work through Whispers or, as one wrote in the Comments here, through Bee totals from behind. It doesn't work for me, and there are also a lot of Sound samples in it that have nothing to do with ASMR at ALL. With Shots, Screams and Sirens, Psychopaths might get a pleasant Sense of Tingling. In Addition, some functions work badly or not at all, such as recording (Key R). Visually, it looks like developed in MS Paint. If you are just looking for sounds to fall asleep better (such ones are also in here like Rain or Sea Noise), you are better off with free Apps, for mobile Devices, like White Noise. The background noise for videos would be Background Noise for Videos, but only short Scenes, because it quickly stands out that it repeats itself again and again. But then you have to create your own Opportunities to absorb that. Nice meant but somehow misses the Mark after failing.
