Developed in 48 hours! 

Asteroid Miner takes you through the stars mining minerals.

Self-imposed Game Jam with a theme of "Everything has a Cost!", we aimed to develop a game within the 48 hours deadline and succeeded, this project is our final product. Everything was made during the 48 hours aside from music and sounds.

You play as a mining ship and your goal is to fly around space mining the asteroids for their worth. Dropping off your cargo and resupplying fuel back at your space station when needed, you can also purchase upgrades to your fuel and cargo capacity, the power of your drill and also your thrusters speed.

CONTROLS

W for forward momentum.

Left Click to drill or interact with the shop.

Ship will rotate towards your cursor!

TIPS

Make sure you pay attention to your fuel don't let it run out or you will be stranded.

A sound effect will play when you reach 20% fuel capacity, good time for you to head back home.

Asteroids that are higher quality need a stronger drill to mine! 

Blue -> Green -> Purple -> Red
