Asteroids (itch) (Florimond Manca)

Asteroids is a lovely classic retro game. This is an early prototype of a remake of Asteroids with Lua and the Love2D framework.

Hop on your space vehicle and destroy all asteroids to win the game!

Currently included game features are:

• Asteroids split when stricken by a bullet
• When they split, asteroids sometimes leave a pickup that enables triple shoot mode!
• Wandering enemies aim and shoot at you or leave freeze mines— beware!
• Health bar — yet unlimited lives for now
• Score and time counters
• Original soundtrack specially crafted for the occasion
