• First nuance: it happens on a political map. 
• Second nuance: if dart lands on a country, Man In Costume will nuke this land. Else he will increase the stock of his own nuclear. 

Either he or other will be bombed tonight.

This is about anxiety before hard training. Before hard punishment because of your own mistakes. Playfulness because it's just training.
