Backhill

Backhill is a first-person horror game set in a creepy hospital, which patients do not seem to leave. After finding out you were in a car accident life only gets worse. You step into the hole in the wall which enters you into the nightmare realm of Backhill. Your only hope is a torch, and notes left by previous unfortunates who have been stranded in this world. Survive, for that's all you can do.
