You can infect people by spitting at them, once infected they'll transform when killed.
You may have up to 4 allied infected to help you, oldest infected is replaced by newest one
You can eat dead human bodies to regain some health.
Kill, die, try again.

• D: Hit people.
• F: Spit at people.
• G: Call or order sick people.

•   Left stick: move your guy.
•   A: Hit people.
