A ball traversed the screen, skipping off the best and side squares. At the point when a square is hit, the ball skips away and the square is crushed. The player loses a turn when the ball contacts the base of the screen. To keep this from happening, the player has a portable oar to ricochet the ball upward, keeping it in play.
