English-defaulted builds have been added. 

The English version of ReadMe.txt has also been added.

However, if you have already started the Japanese version, You need to manually set it to English. >>To change language settings, select the 3rd choice from the bottom >>for the options menu and language is the 2nd choice from the bottom.

Language settings are different.
Everything else is the same build.

English is a temporary thing by automatic translation. It is difficult to read.
