This was made from the devkitPro libNDS library. Also referred to the (I believe) obsolete DS Game Maker and PaLibs.

In order to play this, you can either:

-use a standard nds emulator: i use NO$GBA

-upload onto a microsd and plug that straight into your ttds r4 cartridge
