Beach Resort Treasure Hunt

I wanted to create a simple and fun interactive scene for the user.  I wanted to make the scene easy to navigate and feel like you were having a mini adventure. 

The scene is set in a beach resort.  The user must interact with four characters placed around scene, who when approached by the user, will ask the user to obtain an item for each of them.  The items are placed around the scene.  The scene consists of three textured terrains, a swimming pool, two gardens with palm trees, various models, 3d characters, interactive and collectable objects and three navigable Pro builder buildings, which benefit from opening and closing doors that are triggered by the approaching user.
