Bean Dying

This is our first time doing a game jam and submitting a game. Thank you!

Note:

There are known bugs in the game so please don't expect a perfect game. Had to keep the bugs for now until I get to figure out how to fix it. Thank you for understanding.

Story:

- One day in a peaceful land, a malicious evil named Death Wizard transported the heroic Jellybean named Beany to a seemingly safe but dangerous land filled with Death Wizard's traps to destroy the hero once and for all. In a place where trying again is infinite, but constantly dying will crush anyone's soul.

- Help Beany recover his Coins of Hope to combat Death Wizard's power that is enveloping this land and escape this horrible place so our hero can save the world again.

- Find the Red Faith Chests to meddle with Death's power and store Beany's Mystic Powers inside for future use.

- Find Blue Royal Chests to help Beany safely progress through this dangerous land.

Controls:

- A & D: Move Left and Right respectively

- Spacebar: Jump

- ESC / P: Pause the game

- Retry button on the Pause Menu: Restarts the level and the difficulty
