Practice shoot 'em up game created to test some shaders and stuff.

Made for #UJAM1 and #AGDGDD.

Note that it's completely broken, but ITS PRETTY AND THINGS.

The keyboard input is functional but still being redesigned so you won't get carpal tunnel while playing, same for gamepad.
