A team is not always have performances as hoped for, that thing can give a bad influences to all of the team member and can prove to be fatal for project or goals for the team.

Based on that Dr. Meredith Belbin do a research that prove that an achievement of team is not just determine by intelectual alone, but more to the behaviour of the team itself. The research identified some of behaviour that each of them have a contribution to the team. and it divide into 3 category, People,Action and Thinking
