the shaman will start with a mysterious_flower. If you craft that item with any other item, the other item will turn into the best recovery item in the game, and you will keep your mysterious_flower, allowing you to keep healing

if you dance at the campfire, you can gain lots of xp and health by mashing the button. The higher your level the higher your xp (more if you have a shaman), each level up you get, your max hp increases
