Basics.

LStick: Move
RStick: Camera
Cross: Jump
Triangle: Melee attack 
Square: Gunfire attack
Circle: Blink
R1: Lockon targets
L2/R2: Evade
L1: Special Attack
D-pad: Arts Attack
L3/R3: Change target

Advanced.

Arts attack can fire by D-pad, also you can use quick command.

Quick Command:

R1 + LStick(forward/backward) + Cross
R1 + LStick(forward/backward) + Square
