Product received for free Immediately announce one important point (although visually it will be visible to those who stumble on my review): The key to the game I was presented by the developer. And I understand perfectly well that what has been wasted is often perceived more positively than bought for their blood. I'll try to be unbiased, I promise. Although consider that this is the opinion of a person who did not pay for the goods.
And also: I started to write a review even when the game was under development (to be completely unbiased not in haste to advertise the opinion), therefore it is quite possible something criticized by me, has been eliminated. If this happens, write and correct.
Seems to be with the entry of everything.
And so. I liked Blaster Cop. She Liked it at the level of a passing project. I mean, I'll pass it, but I'm not going to return again. It is not 10 out of 10, but rather a product on the amateur. And specific. This is "turkey", pixel art, unpretentious, but capable of a number of evenings to attract your attention.
What audience can it attract and what? The Game will like, respectively, fans of minimalist projects, retro and other avant-garde art. The Strong sides of the release can certainly highlight the visual style (of course, within the pixel art) and music. The game is more or less varied gameplay (we have and levels with classic shots and some semblance of a runner). Though small, scanty, but there is variability of passage. There is a large variety of enemies and bosses. However, here it is necessary to consider, that it is rather visual variety, in something imaginary. Because models of behavior of different opponents are often similar. Although there are relatively original enemies. If you ask me about the weapon, in the game it is not much more models presented (while I played, met pistols, shotgun, machine guns, submachine gun, rocket launcher and laser, although there are alternative options for firing, which increases the variety).
What would I take to the negative sides of the product? There is No doubt that it is voiced. I Do not know whether something was done with it or not, but initially the phrases of opponents were pronounced "voice" of Google-bot, and it sounded disgusting. Now I play, and instead of words above the opponents appear phrases. This is a great and stylish solution. However, I can not say that this is the case with all the enemies or it is specific to the robots (with whom and fight at the moment). Didn't like the story. More precisely his comicity. In itself it tolerable, but all these school jokes and children's memchiki which it is filled, as for me, ruin a narration. If the text of the plot is more serious, the claims would not be present. And also on the start screen the cursor is on the "New game", you can accidentally click and say goodbye to the saved progress (probably not checked).
In General, as I have already written, the game is quite pretty and playable. Fans of such projects may well come in. So much so that the price tag is very democratic. These are the Pies. So, I can quite recommend to buy. Thank You for your attention.
