BlazeSky is a space opera action RPG, featuring dozens of open world star systems to explore, starships to fly & upgrade, and a unique story.

Story
BlazeSky features a story inspired by both classic and modern science fiction, highlighting topics such as the great filter (where *are* all the aliens?) and the singularity (what *does* happen to society after we solve poverty, disease, or even death?). As you explore dozens of unique, hand-crafted star systems you will also be exploring the future of human civilization... and saving humanity from those who would destroy it!

Open World
Starting from the safety of the Terran Republic, you will meet a variety of helpful characters and unusual enemies in a series of missions that explore ancient galactic mysteries. Allies each have different motivations and approaches, including combat, exploration, rescue, science and diplomacy.

As you explore, you will encounter a cast of villains including barbarous raiders, artificial intelligences with a genocidal history, mysterious hostile ancient aliens, and marauders from another reality! You and your ship’s unique abilities and allies will be critical in the battle to protect humanity, solve ancient mysteries and save the galaxy!

Gameplay
BlazeSky features easy, pick-up and play starship combat action. Game play is on a 2D plane for simplified controls, with a 3D chase camera system for an immersive, 3D cinematic experience. Get missions from NPCs and explore dozens of hand-crafted star systems. You can upgrade ship hulls, shields, weapons, and more – including exotic alien ships and weapons.
