About
Blossom Bow is an openworld top-down action adventure game. By using two bows, we try to travel through an abstract forest. One bow creates safe zones where we can not fire, the other our standart fire power.
It is 48 hours of work for now and only one simple area is available to travel. Graphical assets were done before the gamejam but all the coding done in 2 days. Frostjam 3 (Gamejam) organized by Istanbul Technical University Game Design and Developement Clup , 8-10 January 2020.
ControlsW-A-S-D to navigate. Space is "dash" it has cooldown and make you go to your navigation direction. Mouse0 down is arrow charge. Mouse0 realase is arrow release. Q to change bow type. BlossomBow make you see far away when charging and creates a safe zone where it goes. Safe zone named "Blossom" can stay alive for 6 seconds if you are not in it. Hunters Bow is damages mobs. Remember, you can not fire with Hunters Bow in the Blossom. Your ammunition for Blossom Bow is limited. But you can collect it from Preys (white circles with deer head. When it dies, it drops something, take it.) Predators are small black things which can be killed with only one hunters bow arrow. Beasts are healthy fast big creatures. Bigger black things. I sugguest you to stay away from it. Every mob have an awareness distance. They can follow you or attack you.

StoryMother nature and the beasts meet, and the Nature emerged. Then, beasts start to change, vary and evolve. Predators and preys found their balance. But Hunters were dangeourous for the system. The first Hunter locked in the nature but he keep helping others.
A newby hunter with an arrow, first blessed wwith the bow of the Hunter and then the Blossom Bow which comes from the mother nature. Will he keep the balance or will he break this nonsense jail.
