Borealis
About
Borealis is a Zen game focused on measured motion and planning, rather than swift action.
The goal is simple: don't get hit. You have no weapons to fight back though. That would be too easy. In fact, you can't even move very fast. Your only way through is to guide the incoming waves into each-other through subtle and careful shifts. Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent, after all. Better to guide your opponent into destroying itself.
The game is composed of many environments, each of which has a unique style and set of missiles, as well as its own sound profile. Each will require a different strategy, and produces more interesting types of missiles as you advance. All of this is done to a procedurally-generated soundtrack that is completely driven by what happens in the game.

The Game value is hardly present, but the "Trip" that is triggered is simply beautiful. By combining the Background Music, Colors as well as the Patterns and Sounds generated by that playing, the Whole thing gives an almost psychedelic Effect.
For Relaxation and Creativity in between.

Those who are on relaxation should be the right place here.
Had it for free so it's not a big disappointment for me now.
The whole Game principle is completely hiding me that sol probably can't be hit by the other flying strokes so is at least my guess but as you can then somehow finish a Level I didn't find out and also thereby the Interest on This all-interest game idea lost.
I find the Music just annoying and quite a little relaxing with me at some point the opposite ^^.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Game: A Skill Game designed for Dodging.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Single Player: You have to try to escape, escape or avoid all Obstacles.
There are different Stages and Game Modes to make it more varied and change the Level Of difficulty.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Graphics: Graphically, it already looks quite Atmospheric and fits well with the Game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Music: The Music is good and appropriate to the Game, but still not hot suspicious.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Control: Settled well taxes but still the Mouse was far too slow, without putting DPI up it became rather annoying.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Pro/Contra: + A nicely made Game for in between ...-... What should be played on a Tray rather than on your PC-quickly gets boring----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Conclusion: If you have a lot of Time you can Play it before, but a real one I prefer this game to this one thing at all's points. You should also be able to adjust at the Controls of what is to make the Mouse a bit more sensitive or play it on a Tray if that comes.
