- The game is for 2 human players.
- Play on a LAN or connect directly via IP address.
- The game keeps track of how many times each player has been killed but there is no number of kills to win the game so you just play as long as you want.
- Esc/Q: Menu
- WASD: Move
- LMB: Fire
- Host and server mean the same thing.
- This game can run as server or client.
- The host also acts as a client.
- Start the host before connecting clients.
For testing you can run the server and client on the same computer using LAN mode.
SetupConnect the server and client to the internet.
If running the server and client on the same computer, start the game and change the Settings->Common Resolution to 680x480 so you can see the server and client side-by-side.
ServerSelect LAN mode and press Play.
ClientSelect LAN mode and press Find games then select the game from the Server list.
Internet ModeNote: You can't host a game over the Internet using a WI-FI cell phone hotspot.
To host a game over the internet the host must be run from a typical home Internet with a router; however, the client can be run from any Internet connection such as a WI-FI cell phone hotspot.
SetupConnect the server and client to the internet.
To host a game over the Internet you need to setup port forward 7777 UDP/TCP on the router of the host computer. The port forward setup varies depending on the type of router you have.
ServerNote: When you press Play the IP address is ignored.
Select Internet mode and press Play.
ClientNote: Use the Public IP address of the host computer for IP address on the client.
Enter IP address (of the host computer) and press Join IP address.
WI-FI cell phone hotspotYou can host games over the same WI-FI cell phone hotspot using different computers.
SetupConnect the server and client to the internet.
Connect two or more computers to the same wi-fi cell phone hotspot and start the game on each computer.
ServerNote: When you press Play the IP address is ignored.
Select Internet mode and press Play.
ClientNote: Use the IPv4 address of the host computer for IP address on the client.
Enter IP address (of the host computer) and press Join IP address.
