Bricks Blaster

This is a small shoot'em-up made with old-school colored bricks that aims to bring back childhood memories. Remember those ? I member :)

This is our entry for the My First Game Jam: Winter 2018. The theme was "memories".

This was our first time using Godot as a game engine.

Keep spacebar pressed for continuous fire. Killed enemies will sometime drop an upgrade pack. Pick it to repair/upgrade your ship.

The red bombs will explode once they reach the bottom of the screen. Kill them before ! Those will always drop an upgrade pack when killed.

Your brick blaster slowly charges. When ready,  press F or Alt to destroy all enemy missiles.

There are 4 normal stages plus the boss stage. In hard mode, a 5th stage is present. Tell us in the comments if you managed to beat the game, especially on hard difficulty!

Movement: W A S D / Arrow Keys
Fire: SPACEBAR
Special: F / Alt => when ready, destroys all enemy missiles
