Bubbles Vs Balloons

You play as a bubble. - who, for some reason has the longing to go to space.  However, there is a problem, it's the day of a celebration so the sky is filled with deadly balloons that can pop you at any time!  

Luckily you have the ability to split yourself - to capture or destroy the balloons. 

Can you make it to space while avoiding all of the balloons? And what are those golden bubbles...
