About

BUCK is a story-driven, 2D Action-Adventure game set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland.
You play as Buck, a motorcycle garage mechanic who decides to leave everything he knows behind in order to find the truth behind a girl's disappearance; all while struggling to adjust himself to a world he doesn't fully understand.
Traverse the wasteland while fighting and talking your way through junkyards, mountain passes, ghost towns and survivor outposts while trying to piece together the reasons that brought this world and its rugged inhabitants to their knees.

Trained by his stepdad to fight, shoot and fix nearly anything, Buck can surprise the biggest of brutes by his speed and strength.

  • Traverse the sands of Venganza: a carefully built 2D world with hidden passages, dark secrets and remorseless characters.

  • Destroy enemies with Buck's own hand crafted, upgradeable weapons.

  • Unlock new weapons and combos as you progress.

  • Explore unique levels with branching paths and hidden areas.

  • Earn Scraps and loot unique items to upgrade your arsenal, craft ammunition and improve healing items.

  • Negotiate with the salty denizens of Westown, wayward merchants and mysterious mercenaries, each with their own goal and agenda.

*BUCK is an Early Access title and shouldn't be considered a finished product. The game may or may not change significantly over the course of development. To learn more about Steam Early Access, please visit http://store.steampowered.com/earlyaccessfaq/

Early Access Review the game is good and has a lot of potential, just a couple of things: 1. Has some bugs that (I guess they have already reported) has to arregalr, sometimes when you jump happens that you fall out of the map and die, another that I happened to me during In the pipes of the secondary mission, when he went up the stairs to leave, nothing happened until he restarted the game. 2. It would be nice if they added a place to store objects in the house of Buck, because the walk carrying with the materials is a lot of load and I can not carry new objects.

Early Access Review My first Impression after admitting short Play time. However, I find the 19 Reviews, even if positive do not yet do justice to the Game, from the following Assessment: Graphic 8/10 Atmosphere & Story (so far) 9/10 Combat System + Control Schema and Crafting 9/10 Buck's Coolness and the Development Team 11/10 just Check it out and support this very innovative and nice Development Team. This Review gets an Update after I've spent more Time in the Game and more Updates and Content are on the Grid. Thank you and had you well!

Product received for free early access review buck is an action game reminiscent of a little dark souls but in 2D with its enemies that kill you in 2 or 3 strokes and the presence of an endurance bar. I am not at all convinced by this principle, the game could be much nicer in simple action plateforming. The charadesign design is cool and well done. Inventory and loot management is boring. The perso has 3 strokes (a weak for the chains, a Fort and a firearm) and we quickly realise that if you use something other than the strong blow, we get screwed and suddenly it makes the fights not particularly interesting. We can't just fall down or hit the jump. The principle of the game and its background are rather nice but the advancement in history through the gameplay does not make especially envy. The game has just come out in early access and the development team has a lot of time to arrange and rebalance all this and maybe the game will become an excellent title. For the moment, I can not advise the game especially for 15 euros. Note all the same and this is a good point, a demo is available unlike many titles. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwXID3QmoSg
