Bullet Hell Reverence Ver 1.9.9 (First Stable Build)

So, unlike the previous version. I believe this is stable enough, balanced enough. I know, I know. Not everything is going to be perfect, but this will be the final and last build for Version 1 of the Game System. Versions 2, and 3 will have more stuff included in it. 

I won't work on it anytime soon. However, I will be dishing out changes, fixes, when warranted.  Please comment down below about them, so I can work on them when needed. I simplified some sections to better help people organize their games using the Game System.
