Can you discover the truth?

Imagine that you are a boy named "Loto" who lives with his mother. Loto had a serious accident but he doesn't remember it at all and the townspeople don't want to tell him about it. 

Surgeons had to replace Lotus's heart with the one they had and little did he know of the last owner's suffering. From time to time, Loto has somewhat painful heartaches and realizes that his heart is not his own.

So he decides to go on a little quest to find out more about his donor and why his heart often aches.
