Cahors Sunset
About
Cahors has always been your life; you never had any interest in leaving. The small French town is the landscape of all your memories: the sweet and the bitter.
Cahors Sunset is a light-RPG in which you control the decisions of an old French man. In this game your goal is try to keep the main character alive for as long as you can through the decisions you make each month. Every action you take has an effect on your character and not all choices are good; many contain unwanted side effects. The idea is to balance the positive and negative effects of each action you take and the impacts they have on the old man's health.

Dear Prospective Buyers, This is my first Review on Steam, although I have been a member since 2008. So far, I've never thought big about Reviews because I've often only bought the Games I knew/had alluded to Demos of myself, at Least until the New Year's Action came on Steam and I watched Hundreds-50% to-90% games. At this Point, I noticed that I was scrolling down myself and reading through the Reviews to get an Idea of what to expect in a game unknown to me. I bought Cahors Sunset by 90 Cents, although I noticed that the Game has very negative Reviews, rather the short Description interested me and I decided to buy the game.
If you are expecting a Shooter here, you are wrong If you expect a Simulation with 3D Graphics here, you are also wrong, If you expect an Action Game to convince you with Effects, this is the absolutely wrong Game for you.
I now play more than 20 Years of different Types of Computer Games, Whether adventure, Simulations (Economy, War, Island-building, cities build), Shooters (starting with the old Duke Nukem 3d, Medal of Honor, Red Orchestra, Americas Army or-unfortunately-Call The of Duty).
Cahors Sunset is a Game in which you slip into the Role of an old Man, at the Beginning the PC dice you various Attributes like "Mood"/"Anxity" and other Values like "Money" "Social Life," you can "click new Game" if you like the Stats to start the Game or ne & dice. What is the Game about?
You gradually get told the Story of the old Gentleman, learn about his Childhood, his family, his Life, why he stayed in Cahor, but at some point in The middle of the Game the story is over at once and the Game asks you the Question that maybe each of us sc Hon in Mind had "how long is it worth living?." From that Point on, it's about Playing the old Man as old as possible by Selecting different actions (which are fraught with Bonuses and Mali). The Record is in play at 78 Years, which most won't manage, my personal Record is 74 Years and 4 Months.
What captivates me about the Game is that you can always make new attempts, try new Tactics again and again, because the game doesn't happen in any Pass, especially the little Thoughts behind the Story, make you think, so the Man gets eg. + 3 In response to his Mood, when a Woman has simply smiled at him on the Road, scores When he is almost strapped over the heap and rejoices when his Football team wins the Game. The Little Things in Life that make life worth living, a Game that makes you think about your own Life and How to deal with other People.
For all those who are interested in such Games, I make a clear Recommendation to buy-in addition, the Music in the Game is French-classical and does not annoy.
