Car Race (Summer Task)

Re-make of the original Car Race game.

This has a lot of bugs and areas I am still working on making better so hopefully will be updated again ASAP.

The enemy cars in the moving enemy file tend to want to fly away, while i find this funny it obviously isn't the intended outcome so i have also attached a version where the enemy cars don't move in case it's too much. 

On the build the ground mesh decided to start glitching where the spawn point is, this will also be fixed while I'm fixing the flying car issue so please ignore that.
