As a Fan of the old primal carnival of 1998, of course, I'm a bit pre-loaded. Even then, the Game principle and Game Mechanics were great and something for adventurous Casual Gamers. Little Has changed in that regard. I think it's amazing what the Developers have put on their Feet with the tight Budget. The Menus are simple but functional, there are no big Hiring deserts. Unfortunately, the Graphics adjustment is also a bit meagre, you can only determine the Resolution, Grass quality and Height of the LOD. But That's enough to reach quite liquid Framerates 45 +, even with my antiquated Phenom II X4 965 and a GTX460. The Graphics themselves are rather mediocre and could mainly benefit from higher resolution Textures. But this is not so tragic, because the Levels are all very coherent and varied, be it Far Cry-Arcaptured jungle regions, Deserts or Coniferous Forests. The Soundscape is also atmospheric, you can hear distant Screams of the Dinosaurs, flies Buzzing around, Water splashing from the Shore ... And then you see Dinosaurs. They are wonderfully animated and you also get good Respect for Size. Unfortunately, they get stuck to Tree Trunks or Stones in a panic more often, here the finding Of The path might be a bit more accurate. As far as hunting Opportunities are concerned, we are somewhat limited. Gun Selection is limited to Rifle, Crossbow, Sniper and Gun. For me, the Game was a definite no brainer. And anyone who asks themselves the ethical Question of whether it is right to kill Dinosaurs ... Think about what you do in Call of Duty ... After All, there is the Possibility for all Animal Lovers to only Stun the Dinos, as well as a pure Observation Mode.
