Carpathian

Winter, 1915. On the eastern front of WWI, the decaying Austro-Hungarian empire has sent hundreds of thousands of men into the frozen Carpathian Mountains to be slaughtered by the Russians. An inexperienced Austrian solider joins a small squad of deserters fleeing over the mountains to safety, hiding from rampaging Cossacks during the day, and the Mountains’ deadliest danger, a vampire, at night.
